Will I be reimbursed for March tuition

A credit has been issued to your Ziggy account for March tuition for the missed classes due to the government mandated closure

Can I get a refund for March tuition

Unfortunately, we will not be issuing refunds for March tuition

Do I need to re-enroll my child if she was enrolled in Ziggy’s at the time of the closure

Yes, all students will need to re-register for classes

Why do I have a negative balance on my Ziggy account

The negative balance is the amount of credit you have on your Ziggy account. The credit will be applied to future tuition.

Will I be charged for future months tuition when Ziggy re-opens

No, additional tuition charges will only be processed for newly enrolled students

Do I need to cancel my membership

No, you do not need to cancel your child's membership.  All students (old and new) will need to re-enroll when we open.

How will you ensure the safety of my child

We will be following the recommendations of the CDC, NYS Department of Health as well as industry experts to implement safety measures

Will the class format change

In order to reduce contact and improve “social distancing” we will be making changes to class formats and class scheduling

How will you ensure “social distancing”

  • Expand the areas within the gym to allow greater spacing between classes as well as within each class

  • Skills stations will be setup to provide more distance between stations

  • Elimination of partner exercises

  • Limit capacity to less than 33% as per NYS guidance

Why is my child still enrolled in a class on Ziggy’s portal

All students will drop from their existing classes at the end of July
