What is your tuition?

Our tuition is a monthly tuition that depends on the type of class you take.  You can see the tuition rates on the website where the class schedule is reflected.  

Can I join at anytime

Yes, you can enroll at anytime.  If you join after the 1st of the month, the tuition will be pro-rated based on the number of classes that remain for the current month

Will I be charge on the Waitlist

If you add your child to the Waitlist you will not be charged tuition when you are added to the Waitlist.  If the class has an opening you will be contacted to confirm you wish to join prior to processing the payment.  

Do you offer refunds if I want to cancel

We do not offer refunds if you cancel, however since tuition is monthly you can request a drop (in writing) and you will not be charged for future tuition.  We request 30 days written notice to drop a class.

Why do I have a negative balance on my Ziggy account

The negative balance is the amount of credit you have on your Ziggy account. The credit will be applied to future tuition.

How will you ensure the safety of my child

We will be following the recommendations of the CDC, NYS Department of Health as well as industry experts to implement safety measures

Will the class format change due to Covid

In order to reduce contact and improve “social distancing” we will be making changes to class formats.  See additional information under Facility Procedures

How will you ensure “social distancing”

  • Expand the areas within the gym to allow greater spacing between classes as well as within each class

  • Skills stations will be setup to provide more distance between stations

  • Adjustments to minimize partner exercises
